Steps explained in the video:

  1. Time frame: Define Date Range - probably yesterday, this month or this week?

  2. Targets: How are you comparing against your targets? Am I on track? Examples:

    1. See good marketing efficiency but not spending as much as planned? -> increase spend

    2. Spending the budget planned but efficiency not as intended? -> potentially reduce spend and work on efficiency

    3. Margins: are we on track with profits? Margins are not as high as we want but other KPIs are as planned? Maybe discounts are too high, costs are too high, more sales from other regions with higher logistics costs?

  3. Marketing Efficiency: How efficient is your marketing efficiency? Do we need to reallocate our budget differently to increase efficiency?

  4. Channels: How are we spending and acquiring customers across marketing channels? What channel seems to be more profitable than others? Do some channels need action?

  5. New vs. Repeat Customer Revenue: is my aMER also where it needs to be? Do I acquire enough new customers for long-term growth?

  6. Discounts: How high are my discounts on the best selling products - do I need to take action to increase profitability?

  7. Products: Which products sell well and should be pushed more? Do I have enough stock of my best sellers?
