Changed a setting or updated a value in Klar but not seeing it in your reports yet? Here are the most common reasons and what you can do.

Most configuration changes take a few minutes to be reflected in your reports. To apply them immediately, go to Store Configurator → Data Sources, open your store, and trigger a Store Update. The updated data will appear in your reports within a few minutes.
Google Sheets datasource
Klar imports data from connected Google Sheets automatically several times per day. When you've updated values in your sheet and want them reflected in Klar immediately, you need to do two things in order:
Sync Data — open the Google Sheets datasource in Store Configurator → Data Sources and press Sync Data. This pulls the latest data from your sheet into Klar.
Store Update — once the sync is done, trigger a Store Update on your store. This tells Klar to recalculate all your report figures based on the newly imported data.
Skipping the Store Update means Klar has the new raw data but hasn't yet recalculated your reports — so you won't see the change reflected until the next automatic update runs.
