⚠️ Editing UTM parameters triggers another ad review process and restarts the learning phase. Make these changes at night or during a low-traffic period. In general, the accuracy benefit of tracking 100% of your users outweighs the short-term impact on the learning phase.

Implementation
⚠️ Add the parameters to the URL field only. Do not use the Tracking section.
There is no bulk editing feature for the URL field. Update each ad manually:
Go to the ad level inside your campaign
Open each ad individually
Add the parameters to the end of the URL in the URL field
Save the ad
Best practices
Filter by active ads to find the ones you need to update quickly — but also check paused ads that might be reactivated or duplicated later.
Update before duplicating. If you duplicate an ad without parameters, you'll end up with untracked copies.
Make changes at night to minimise disruption from the ad review and learning phase restart.
Migrating From Other Solutions
If your TikTok ads currently use Tracify or Triple Whale parameters, you don't need to remove them. Klar attribution is compatible with both. However, we recommend switching to Klar-only parameters going forward for the highest accuracy.
