Tips for better results in Klar
Keep a 1-to-1 relationship between your PPS answer options and your channel names in Klar — this makes the matching in the Channel Builder automatic and clean
Include word of mouth as an answer option — it's often a major acquisition driver that UTM tracking can't see
Ask follow-up questions to clarify broad answers: "How did you hear about us? → Instagram" then "Where on Instagram? → In an ad / From an influencer"
