A Post-Purchase Survey asks customers on the order confirmation page how they heard about you. Klar uses those answers to enrich your attribution data with zero-party signals that UTMs and the pixel can't capture — like word of mouth or upper-funnel channels.


Which integration should I use?

Klar supports three ways to connect your PPS data:

Tips for better results in Klar

  • Keep a 1-to-1 relationship between your PPS answer options and your channel names in Klar — this makes the matching in the Channel Builder automatic and clean

  • Include word of mouth as an answer option — it's often a major acquisition driver that UTM tracking can't see

  • Ask follow-up questions to clarify broad answers: "How did you hear about us? → Instagram" then "Where on Instagram? → In an ad / From an influencer"
