Post Purchase Survey Integration - KnoCommerce

Klar's attribution can not only use the first-party data from the tracking script but also zero-party data like discount codes and post purchase survey information in order to give you a more holistic view of what channels are driving conversion.

Klar integrates with the two leading post-purchase survey tools Fairing and KnoCommerce.

In the following, I'll show you how you can integrate them into Klar and connect the answers that you gather to your channels so that they are integrated in the attribution report.

Simple process:

Register

  1. Register here: Klar Registration Link

    Note: If you already created a Kno account and chose the KnoCommerce Free plan instead of the KnoCommerce Free - Klar plan or one of the paid plan options, you'll need to let us know so we can manually change that plan for you.

  2. Klar Help Doc - This help doc walks step-by-step through account creation and API Client Creation.

Connecting KnoCommerce

  1. Log into the KnoCommerce app for the store

  2. Go to the Integrations page

  3. Click the Klar Integration

  4. On the following page, click Enable Integration

  5. That will create the Client ID and Client Secret that you can then use to create the Client from your end of things.

  6. Go t KLAR App and paste the credentials into the field.
