I received an invite to Klar but I'm seeing an error message that the link is invalid / expired. What can I do?

The invitation link is only valid for the email address you've been invited to. For example, if your email address is [email protected] but you're also [email protected], make sure you're signed in with [email protected]. You can check your aliases on the Personal Info page of your Google Account. Currently, Klar can only be accessed with a Google or Microsoft account.

I only want to give users access to certain Klar reports. How can I do that?

In Settings -> Account Settings -> Users -> Manage Users, you can define roles with different levels of access to ensure that all your users have access to the reports they need.

Do I need to enter Klaviyo costs in my custom cost Sheet?

No there is no need to enter Klaviyo costs in your custom costs Sheet. We calculate the Klaviyo costs based on E-mails sent. If you don't want to use this automatic calculation you can toggle it off in your Klaviyo data source settings and enter the exact costs in your custom costs Sheet.

I disconnected a data source, how can I reconnect it?

Old UI: Video
You can click the "connect data source" - Button in your Store Configurator, then scroll down to the "unconnected"- section. Selecting a data source in this section will reconnect it.

You can click settings -> Store Configurator -> add data source -> add existing data source. Selecting a data source in this section will reconnect it.

I deleted a data source, how can I restore it?

If you need to restore a deleted data source, please contact our support team. They will be able to restore the deleted data source.

I want to create a separate store in Klar. How can I do that?

You can click on "Create new store" to connect another store in Klar. You can then connect both already authenticated data sources and new data sources to this store.

I don't see the data I entered in the Influencer Sheet. What can I do?

Please make sure that your Influencer Sheet is connected to your Influencer Channel. There is also a prioritisation in Klar. If you have an Influencer CRM, we don't pull data from the Influencer Sheet. In this case, please make sure that your Influencer CRM is connected to your Influencer Channel.

Connecting my Amazon Seller Central Account leads to an error. What can I do?

The redirection from Amazon back to Klar sometimes fails. You can simply go back to getklar.com. If you click on "Connect data source" again and scroll down, you'll see amazon in the "unconnected" section. With one click you can connect the amazon data source.
