How to add custom Product Logistics Costs

For all logistics costs that are tied to specific products, you can now use a Google Sheet to bulk upload this information to Klar.

Set-Up

  1. In the Store Configurator of the respective store, add a new "Custom Revenue" sheet as a data source:

  2. Name your Sheet and open it.

  3. Enter your cost configuration in the sheet

    1. Start- & End Date
      Define the date ranges for which your custom costs will be used

    2. Product / Variant ID
      The product or variant for which you need to enter those extra costs.

    3. Costs per Item
      The additional logistics costs.

    4. Region
      The shipping countries for which those extra costs occur. ISO-2 country codes required here, multiple countries can be defined with a comma in between.

    5. Shipping Type
      The shipping types for which those extra costs occur. Multiple types can be defined with a comma in between.

    6. Location Name
      The shipping locations for which those extra costs occur. Multiple locations can be defined with a comma in between.

Based on the provided info we then map the costs to your items and therefore your orders.
