Average number of days since first order

Formula

Time on Books = SUM(DATEDIF(Date Today, Date First Order) / New Customer

Explanation

Time of Books, also known as TBO, shows you how long a certain segment of customers have been customers for already. This can be important when comparing two segments, especially in terms of retention and monetization, as a customer segment that has been with you for a much shorter period of time, had less time to place repeat business with you.

To highlight this bias, we may show you the TBO so that you can factor it into your analysis.
