Formula

Product Repurchase Rate = Customer that bought a product at least twice / Customers that bought a product at least once

Explanation

This metric tells you what percentage of customers that bought a certain product at least once bough it again.

This gives you an indication whether or not a certain product is well-liked or disliked by your customers.
