Connecting a Centra Store

How to connect your Centra store to Klar

tl;dr:

You'll need to create an API token in your Centra backend and paste it into Klar. Read and write permissions matter: read ALL, update None. Data can take up to 24 hours to appear after connecting.

Connecting a new Centra Store

  1. In the Store Configurator > Data Sources > Add Data Source select the Centra data source and click conncect

  2. Name your store - eg. Brand Name Country

  3. Enter the Centra subdomain of your Centra store. If your URL starts with https://my-awesome-store.centra.com/, your store subdomain is my-awesome-store.

  4. Create the Access Token in your Centra Backend

    1. Go to System -> API Tokens

    2. Fill in the following field as shown in the next two screenshots:

      1. Description: Klar Connection

      2. Organization name: Klar

      3. EMail: [email protected]

      4. Phone number:

      5. Integration name: Integration API

      6. Expires at: far in the future (e.g. 2035-10-07)

      7. Store types: ALL

      8. Stores: ALL

      9. Read Permissions: ALL

      10. Update Permissions: None

    3. Click "Show" to copy the Access Token

    4. Paste the Access Token into Klar

  5. Click Connect Centra Data Source

⚠️ Depending on your data volume, it can take up to 24 hours for your orders to appear in Klar reports.
