How it works
Klar uses Windsor.ai to pull cost data from platforms that don't have a native Klar integration. Once connected, your spend data flows into Klar daily and appears in your marketing reports alongside your other channels.
The Klar CS team handles the Windsor.ai setup. For some platforms you'll need to generate credentials in advance — see below.
What to provide per platform
Idealo
Idealo requires API credentials generated from the Idealo Business portal.
What to send the CS team:
Shop ID
Client ID
Client Secret ⚠️ Only shown once at creation — copy it immediately
CPC Price
Where to generate your Idealo API credentials:
Log into your Idealo Business account
Go to My idealo → Settings → API clients → idealo business API
Create a new API client — copy the Client Secret immediately, as it is only displayed once
Note down your Shop ID
⚠️ If you've lost your Client Secret, you'll need to delete the old API client and create a new one.
Criteo, Snapchat, or Awin
For Criteo, Snapchat and Awin, please reach out to us directly — we'll walk you through what's needed for your specific setup.

How to request the connection
Reach out to the Klar CS team via the in-app chat or at [email protected] and let us know which platform(s) you want to connect.
We'll send you a one-time secret link to share your credentials with us securely — no need to paste them into chat or email.
Enter your credentials via the link. The CS team will then set up the Windsor.ai connector and confirm once data is flowing.
Also let us know the name you'd like to use for the channel in Klar (e.g. "Idealo", "Awin DE").
