% of customers that did the Child activity after the Parent activity.

Formula

n/a

Explanation

This relationship metric shows you the percentage of customers that have done the Child activity after doing the Parent activity.

Notes

It is important to note that this is relationship is on an order level, not a customer level.

So if one customer orders the soda drink twice, but then only orders the chocolate bar directly after it once, the percentage would be 50%.

The same also applies the other way around. If a customer orders the soda drink and afterwards places 5 orders containing the chocolate bar, the percentage would be 500%.

Example

Let's say we are talking about the relationship between to products being ordered with the Parent being a soda drink and the Child being a chocolate bar.

This metric will give you the percentage of orders that contain the chocolate bar that where placed after the customer has placed an order for the soda drink. This is expressed as a percentage of all orders containing a soda drink

So if 100 orders where placed for a soda drink and these same customers place an additional 67 orders afterwards containing a chocolate bar, the percentage would be 67%
