Connecting a Criteo Account

Get your Criteo spend and performance data flowing into Klar so you can see it alongside all your other channels.

tl;dr

  • Add Criteo in Store Configurator → Data Sources → Add Data Source

  • Log in to Criteo, select your entity, and approve access

  • Map the account in the Channel Builder so it appears in attribution and reporting

  • Data appears within 12–24 hours

Connecting your account

  1. In Klar, go to Settings → Store Configurator → Data Sources and click Add New Data Source.

  2. Select Criteo from the list.

  3. Give the integration a descriptive name and click 'Connect'

  4. You will now be prompted to log into your Criteo account.

  5. After you've logged in you'll arrive at the 'Portfolio Access' section - here you select the entity you want to connect to Klar

  6. After clicking 'Approve' here, you'll be redirected back to Klar, where you can select the account you want to connect.

Map Criteo in the Channel Builder

Head to the Channel Builder and map your Criteo account to your Criteo Ads channel so it’s included in attribution and reporting.

What to expect

Data can take 12–24 hours to appear in your reports after the initial connection.
