Cause 1: Incorrect Date Ranges in the Data Sheet
Problem: The start date or end date of the discount code is set too far in the past or too far in the future. Klar cannot sync or report data outside the active period.
Quick Solution: Open your data sheet and verify that the date period configured for the specific discount code is correct.
Cause 2: Mismatched UTM Parameters in the Data Sheet or CRM
Problem: The UTM parameters from your live tracking links do not exactly match the values entered into your Data Sheet or CRM. Even a minor typo prevents Klar from matching the orders.
Quick Solution: Check your data source column by column. Ensure that the exact parameters from your UTM links are entered correctly.

Cause 3: Overwriting due to System Priority (Influencer CRM vs. Influencer Data Sheet)
Problem: Entering data for the same influencer/campaign into both the Influencer CRM and the Influencer Data Sheet causes data conflicts.
The Priority Rule: The Influencer CRM has a higher priority than the Influencer Data Sheet.
Effect: Data inside the Influencer CRM will automatically overwrite and take precedence over data in the Influencer Data Sheet.
Solution: Stick to a single workflow. Use either the Influencer CRM or the Influencer Data Sheet, but do not mix them for the same data pool.
