1. Check your Google login
Ensure you are actively logged into your Google Account that is connected to Klar when filling out your Google Sheets. Otherwise you won’t have access to open the Google Sheets in the Data Sources in Klar.
2. Understand the automatic sync timeline
Our systems sync data automatically, but the timing depends on which way your data is entered:
Manual data entry: The system automatically synchronizes new data 60 minutes after you open the Google Sheet within your Klar Data Sources. This synchronization process is triggered by opening a Google Sheet in the Data Sources in Klar.
Automated data sync (Second Tabs): If you use an automation to push data into a second tab of a Google Sheet, this whole Google Sheet is only synchronized once a day between 3:00 AM and 4:00 AM. If you push the data directly into the template from Klar and there is no second tab in the sheet you have to add a second tab(this one can be empty). Otherwise this sheet will not be synced automatically.
3. Force a manual sync to speed up the process
If you don't want to wait for the automatic update, you can trigger a sync manually at any time:
Navigate to the Google Sheet or Data Source in Klar.
Click the Sync Data button.
This starts an immediate update, which typically takes just a few minutes to reflect the new data in your frontend / charts.
